If only... I'm writing about just that subject now - and waiting for clarification back from DECC on a couple of points. But my reading of the document is that you can't because 'refurbished and second-hand installations' aren't eligible for FiTs. .
Good clear animation but it makes me even more angry about the way that people who have already installed pv are being screwed. Is there any way round the new regs? Can we decommission then recommission systems after April?
