YouGen supports the green innovations of 2014

YouGen are very excited to be sponsoring a category at this year’s Energy Efficiency and Renewables Awards.

The awards, organised by Renewable Energy Installer (REI) magazine celebrate the best in renewable energy in the UK.

We are sponsoring the Green Innovation of the year category. Shortlisted entries in this category include:

A-Class Air Source Heat Pump (Dimplex)
Altherma Hybrid Heat Pump (Daikin Europe)
Chop Cloc (The Chopping Company)
MegaFlo Eco SolaReady (Heatrae Sadia)
Shoebox Twin & District Vertical Array (Kensa)
Flexible Plug & Play (UK Power Networks)

YouGen managing director Gilly Jones, said: “We are delighted to be supporting this exciting and prestigious event and we are very impressed with the calibre of this year’s shortlist. The people and organisations behind these products are shaping the renewable energy and energy saving landscape of the future and we applaud their innovation and vision. 

We look forward to finding out which entry the judges choose to win.”

The awards will be judged by REI editor, Paul Stephen along with Michael Harvey (HETAS), Bill Wright (ECA), Virginia Graham (REAL) and Dave Sowden (Sustainable Energy Association).

Winners will be announced at a ceremony in London on 26th September 2014.
