Site visits and quotes: We undertake initial enquires by phone and email . If a site visit is required this is charged at £45 /hr including travel time which is non refundable . We normally work within 40 miles of our office

After sales service: We supply on completion of the project a drawn schematic of the system , with added descriptions. We had over all the paper work relating to the purchased products . We give a lesson on how the system works. If there are any problems we attend site as soon as possible .
