Company description

Supporting and installing sustainable biomass heating solutions shouldn't be complicated... Treco will guide customers right through from the enquiry to commissioning with the minimum of fuss.

Treco place a huge importance on customer service. We understand that biomass solutions are a relatively new development in the UK and so Treco aim to cater for every customer- from small space heaters in flats to large commercial projects.

Site visits and quotes: Telephone/ email correspondence as to the project requirements- this leads to an estimate which (when accpeted by the customer) leads to a site survey- the engineer can then tweak the estimate generate a quote - then sales process proceeds.

After sales service: The customer undegoes a commissioning which includes customer training. We then make regular customer service calls to check the customer is happy and remind them of services.
