Site visits and quotes: Telephone/ email correspondence as to the project requirements- this leads to an estimate which (when accpeted by the customer) leads to a site survey- the engineer can then tweak the estimate generate a quote - then sales process proceeds.

After sales service: The customer undegoes a commissioning which includes customer training. We then make regular customer service calls to check the customer is happy and remind them of services.

Grants available: We have staff on hand to talk customers through the various grants avaiable and guide the through the application process.
