Site visits and quotes: We will always conduct a free site visit with advice and assessment, normally a quotation can be produced within 48 hours. Heat pump surveys may then be followed by a green deal assessment and more detailed survey for heating demands, for which we make a charge, refundable when an order is placed.

After sales service: We always visit after commissioning a system to assist with any tariff applications and ensure you know how to get the best out of your system. We discuss any regular maintenance needed and are always at hand to answer any questions that arise.
We are also happy to repair or service a system which we did not install.
