By specifying the correct products for an individuals needs, we are able to offer the most viable and cost effective way to transform lighting or facilitate the use of natural resources to generate electricity and hot water for your home or business.
Site visits and quotes: After initial contact we will arrange a suitable time for one of our fully trained engineers, not a salesperson,to attend site and carry out a survey of your home or premises. The engineer will discuss your personal requirements and provide you with sound advice based on years of professional training & experience we have acquired as a company. Our office staff will then provide a quotation grounded around your budget, requirements and property particulars. We will then contact any governing bodies on your behalf to enquire about funding programmes that may be accessible, keeping you fully updated on our progress. The quotation is then sent to you, together with Enlighten Systems supporting documentation to help assist you to make informed decisions, and of course we are always available to answer any queries you may have.
After sales service: As part of an initial quotation we will provide a document outlining estimated efficeincy savings or generation expectsations. Once any of our systems have been installed our engineers will explain exactly how to use it and leave with you an Operations & Maintenance Manual, which will provide a comprehensive reference for your future use. As an established local company, Enlighten Systems are always available and willing to help long after any system is installed and commissioned.
