H2ecO is based near Poole in Dorset. We are a local company and are passionate about renewable energy. REA finalists in 2016 and runners up in the South West Energy efficiency awards 2015.
We install domestic and commercial PV arrays including carports.
One of the UK's first TESLA powerwall authorised battery installers and Daikin service partners for heatpump technologies.
We specialise only in renewable energy and are not a generalist "home improvement" or "Property Services" company.
Approved by the Dorset County Council Trading standards Buy with Confidence scheme and WHICH trusted traders, you can rest assured that we are a reputable, reliable and helpful partner to work with, whatever your renewable energy needs.
We install and design Photovoltaic, Heat pump, Solar thermal installations as well as carry out Energy assessments to provide a simple service for customers looking to reduce their carbon footprints - and energy bills.
In all cases, we offer a free, no obligation survey by one of our experienced team.
These technologies are fitted to our unit near Poole and we are happy to show them to anyone who wants to pop round to have a look.
We are certified EV charging point installers and typically recommend ROLEC units for domestic or commercial purposes.
We also have a free to use 16 amp EV charger with tethered lead fitted at our unit. We use it to charge our plug in vehicles but it is available to anyone to use for free as it is powered by our premises PV array.

Site visits and quotes: We arrange a survey at a time convenient to the customer.
During the survey, we try to work out what the client is trying to achieve, take all the measurements required and answer all questions the client raises.
We never ask for a payment or order during the survey and strictly adhere to the RECC assurance code.
We then follow up the survey with a written / e-mailed quote - usually within 24 hours.
About 2 days later, we call the client to check they have received the information and answer any questions outstanding. We do not at any stage try to pressure a client into signing a contract to proceed.
If customers want to speak to previous clients, we can arrange for them to be able to speak to a selection of them as all of our previous clients are very happy with their systems and our work.
After sales service: We offer an ongoing telephone support for any issues or questions clients have about their systems.
During the Survey and installation period, we will have discussed how to get the best out of the system be it a generation system or a renewable heat installation.
We offer ongoing maintenance options but generally recommend that a simple annual inspection is the most that is required for PV systems. We don't try to push expensive ongoing maintenance.
For Heat Pumps we offer the annual servicing required under the RHI. For Solar Thermal we offer annual or bi-annual servicing.
We also offer a repairs and servicing option for owners of solar and heatpump systems not bought from H2ecO as we have had a lot of enquiries from system owners whose initial installers no longer exist.
