Site visits and quotes: Following initial discussions, we request potential clients to forward us a set of architects' drawings. This enables us to prepare an indication of costs which gives the client an accurate idea of proposed system size, description and overall costs. If at that stage, the potential client is interested and wants to move a little further, we organise a site visit to be undertaken by a qualified installer. The installer completes a site visit report, holds discussions with client or client project manager and obtains any further amended drawings, site plans and all relevant information. This enables IHS to prepare a complete and final quotation.
After sales service: All IHS handover packs include a system-specific User Manual.
A maintenance contract is offered to all clients on purchase of their system.
