Company description
Norman Environmental are a wide ranging building services contractor concentrating on the Solar PV, Thermal and Energy Efficiency markets. We pride ourselves on providing high quality installations, with excellent customer support and competitive prices. Whilst we do have a number of 'off the shelf' installations - we recognise that every job is different and so like to give the extra attention to detail that can provide our customers with the very best, and if necessary bespoke, installation.
The company is owned by two brothers, Steve and Liam Norman.
How we work

Products we supply: On PV we like to use Viessmann, Yingli or Jinko panels, with SMA, Mastervolt or Eversolar inverters. We are happy to test the market for bespoke installations.
Solar thermal tubes are Viessmann with Viessmann system or combi boilers and Oso cylinders (if required).
From an energy efficiency prspoective we offer V-Phase/voltage optimisation units, low energy lighting, replacement/ne boilers, lighting controls etc.
Site visits and quotes: We are happy to consult on the phone/email to help put together cost estimates - but will not committ to a firm quote without a thorough site survey.
Local site visits for surveys are free, as they are if we are already in your area. We like to keep in touch with all our contacts via a newsletter that can be easily 'subscribed' or 'unsubscribed'.
After sales service: We provide handover packs to all our customers and ensure that they are at ease with the installation, how it works and what they can expect from it. Clear maintenance instructions are provided whilst maintenance contracts (once the guarantee/warrantee period is over) are available. We like to keep in touch with clients even if there is no existing contract to ensure that they continue to enjoy the benefits of our installation.
