Company description

Perthshire Biofuels - since August 2015 a division of L W Plumbing & Heating Ltd - are specialists in wood pellet heating but we also undertake other biomass heating projects (wood chip and log boilers) - our portfolio includes both domestic and commercial installations. As a complement to a biomass heating installation or as a stand alone we also install solar water heating systems. Our watchword is quality - both in the systems we install and the service we provide.

How we work

Company Type: Installer,

Markets we work in: Community, Domestic, New build, Private sector, Public sector, Renovation, Retrofit,

Products we supply: Okofen wood pellet boilers,
Palazzetti wood pellet stove/boilers
Gasokol solar water heating systems

Site visits and quotes: With initial information from the customer we provide a budget quote - in order that the customer can assess whether they are interested in pursuing the proposed installation further. If the answer is yes then we arrange a site visit. Currently there is no charge for the site visit.

After sales service: Our installations come with the guarantee provided by the manufacturer - however we ensure that following installation the boiler/solar system is working satisfactorily and we undertake follow up visits as required to make any required adjustments. Annual servicing is offered.
