Company description

As an employee-owned business, when you talk to one of our staff you can be assured that you are talking with someone who has a vested interest in ensuring that you are looked after and that your needs are met. We are interested in long-term sustainability, both in terms of the environment and our relationship with our clients. We're not just here to shift units, we're here to ensure that our customers receive the correct advice and support they need in order to achieve realistic sustainability, saving money and the environment for the future.

As a member of Co-operatives UK, you can be sure that you are dealing with a company that is committed to running a business with the highest internationally recognised ethical standards: co-operative principles.

R-ECO designs and installs bespoke renewable energy systems to meet the needs of our clients including solar photovoltaic, solar thermal and biomass.

R-ECO have installed renewable energy systems on commercial and agricultural buildings from offices to barns, factories to theatres. We are working with clients on projects ranging from 10kW 250kW to produce a range of bespoke systems from ground mounted to on roof systems and building integrated photovoltaics.

How we work

Company Type: Installer, Consultant, Electrician, Energy advice / assessment,

Markets we work in: Community, Domestic, New build, Private sector, Public sector, Renovation, Retrofit,

Products we supply: R-ECO are not tied to any specific brands and we regularly consider new solar panels as they come onto the market. We usually install SolarEdge inverters and power optimisers due to their higher output, excellent monitoring service and long warranties.

Increasingly we are installing roof integrated systems where the panels form the roof covering rather than sit on top of the roof. These systems look great and can save costs for a new roof or re-roof situation.

Site visits and quotes: We believe it is important to spend time finding out your requirements and designing the right solution for you. We offer a detailed design service to give you a honest assessment of your likely returns from your system. If you go ahead with the installation we waive the design fee. If you choose not to go ahead with us for any reason the fee of £240 (including VAT) is payable.

Call us on 01865 595264 to see how we can help you.

After sales service: Once your system is installed, one of our engineers will take you through it, showing you how to operate it and familarising you with its safety features.
