Site visits and quotes: Solarsense receive enquiries by phone, via our website or by post.
A Solarsense consultant will call the customer within two working days of receiving the enquiry, to arrange a free no-obligation survey of the property and will quote on the spot.
Solarsense do not pressure sale - we are confident that our products, experience and services speak for themselves, so once we have left a quote with the customer, we will await an approach from them to say they wish to proceed with the system.

After sales service: There should be only maintenance required with Solar PV.
Solar Thermal systems will require a service once every two to three years which is offered by Solarsense to all our thermal customers.
Solarsense offer a 5-year parts and labour guarantee for PV, on top of the manufacturer's guarantees, which are up to 25 years for panels and 20 years for inverters.
Solarsense's parts and labour guarantee for solar thermal, heat pumps and biomass systems is 2 years.
Every Solarsense customer will get a full owners manual with their system, detailing how to get the best performance from their solar, and outlining a simple care plan.
Solarsense will register all new PV customers with the MCS scheme in order for them to receive the Feed In Tariff, RHPP or RHI payments, and offer advice about this.
