How we work
Company Type: Installer,
Markets we work in: Community, Domestic, New build, Private sector, Public sector, Renovation, Retrofit,
Products we supply: We can supply and install any materials that are available in the UK, including; C21, Sanyo, Sharp, Kyocera, BP, Yingli, Schuco, SMA, Fronius, Mastervolt, Thermomax, Vaillant.
Site visits and quotes: On initial enquiry we will take relevant information over the phone, and also directions to the roof in question using internet satellite images. We will produce a design drawing and quote based on this information. If you are happy in principle with the quote, we would then visit the site to confirm details and discuss the project. We find that the first remote design and quote allows the customer to form ideas and questions ready for the site visit. We then fine-tune the design according to the site-measurements, and reflecting the customers preferences. At no point until order is there any charge or any obligation.
After sales service: Customer walk-round and full Operation and Maintenance manual handed over after installation. Free maintenance for 5 yrs (PV) and 2yrs (thermal).
