Products we supply: We aim to provide you with a top-quality system, expertly installed using the best quality components at a competitive price; all backed up by industry-leading after sales support. We don't aim to be the cheapest- but we certainly aim to offer the best value.
We give a 10 year workmanship warranty on solar PV, a 3 year workmanship warranty on heat pump installations, and a 2 year workmanship warranty on solar thermal and biomass installations. We will correct any problems arising as a result of our workmanship in that time free of charge. We will also help you to deal with the manufacturers with product warranty claims in the unlikely event that your system experiences a technical fault. Even after the initial warranty period , you can rely on us to take care of your system by arranging an annual servicing package.
All our installation staff are directly employed by us. We have full records of their training in both installation and health & safety and, by only using our own staff, we can be 100% sure your system will be installed by a highly trained team working safely and doing it right.

We work closely with qualified structural engineers to ensure that we comply with current Building Regulations. We provide full structural calculations, specific to the structures involved in your project, for you and for Building Control.
As members of the Renewable Energy Association 'REAL assurance' scheme we are committed to honest dealings with our customers, high levels of customer service, and to providing friendly, accurate expert guidance to allow you to reach the correct decision for you.
After sales service: Following the installation, testing and commissioning of your system we provide a full hand-over pack with all the details of your system, including how to get the best of of it and any suggested maintenance.
If you need to speak to us about anything or have any concerns about your system our head office is fully staff from 9-7 Monday to Thursday and 9-5 on a Friday and we are only a phone call away.
