SunGift Solar Limited are an award-winning renewable energy company, founded in 2005. Our in-house teams provide an exceptionally high quality service and will handle every aspect of your installation, from advice and designs through to installation, planning permission and aftercare service. We use only the best products and equipment for our installations, as we are not tied to any particular manufacturer.
We only ever give honest and professional advice, as we are renewable energy enthusiasts first and foremost, rather than salespeople. We employ a highly knowledgeable team of surveyor-designers, with experience covering a wide spectrum. We also employ teams of renewable installers, who are all fully trained and extremely experienced, as well as being friendly, considerate and approachable.
We also design and install LED lighting systems. We’re happy to carry out a no-obligation energy-efficiency survey to let you know how much you could save by switching to LED lights
How we work
Company Type: Installer, Consultant,
Markets we work in: Community, Domestic, New build, Private sector, Public sector, Renovation, Retrofit,
Site visits and quotes: Once you get in touch with us, we will book you in for a free, no-obligation survey, with one of our highly qualified design team. They will visit your property, assess its renewable potential, discuss your options with you and answer any questions you may have. We can focus on one particular technology of interest to you, or we can discuss the merits of different technologies, or whole-house solutions.
We will then send you, free of charge, one or more bespoke system proposals, tailored to match your requirements, your property and your budget. We will also inform you of any financial incentives, such as the Feed-in-Tariff and Renewable Heat Incentive, that are available.
Once you have accepted a proposal, you will be assigned to one of our highly competent project managers, who will keep you in the loop with the rest of the process. At this point, we will ask you for a deposit and will book you in for your installation. Usually, we are able to offer an installation date within 4 weeks, although this will depend on whether planning or other consents are required.
After sales service: Once your system is installed, one of our engineers will take you through it, showing you how to operate it and familiarising you with its safety features.
You will be provided with various documents, including commissioning certificates, warranties, a user guide and instructions on how to claim your grant. We are more than happy to offer assistance with any of this documentation and will provide you with a step-by-step guide to commissioning, to ensure you receive all of the financial incentives you are entitled to.
We are always happy to answer questions and provide ongoing support and are frequently called upon to troubleshoot systems originally installed by others.
We also offer competitively priced servicing for those systems requiring it, to ensure that our systems generate as much renewable energy as possible throughout their working life.
