Established in 1981 Sunuser Ltd is the UK's leading domestic solar water heating supplier having installed over 50,000 solar panels nationwide.

We have installed and serviced solar water heating systems for over 35 years and now also upgrade existing solar water heating systems to allow customers to get paid for the hot water they generate.

Since July 2010 we have successfully installed many hundreds of Electricity Generating (PV) systems and only use A grade silicon modules with a 25 yr Performance Warranty we know will be honoured.

We've introduced the Sunuser Twin Professional Water Softener into our range of products to help customers save money and banish limecale!

We won Regional RHI Installer of the Year 2015 at the Green Deal & Eco Awards and received a 100% Independent Customer Satisfaction Rating and Customer Care Merit Award in December 2015 (

We are MCS accredited for PV and Solar Thermal (NIC 1168) and are members of the Renewable Energy Consumer Code (0013117).

Sunuser has an experienced personnel consisting of highly trained technical support staff including a Technical Manager, a Service and Technical Co-ordinator, Surveyors/Service Engineers and Administrative Staff. This ensures that every stage of your installation runs smoothly and technical support is readily available.

How we work

Products we supply: We supply, install and service solar water heating systems both open-vented and un-vented.

We also supply and install 'A' Grade Sunuser Electricity Generating (PV) systems.

Site visits and quotes: Prior to any installation, a qualified surveyor will visit your home to assess the suitability and requirements of your property for a solar powered system. The visit is free of charge and without obligation on either party.

This survey is also an ideal opportunity to talk through any questions you may have regarding solar power and the benefits it can deliver to your type of property.

By thoroughly assessing your property, 'A' Grade Sunuser Solar Panel installations are designed specifically to suit your home and lifestyle. Only the highest quality components are used to ensure maximum efficiency in terms of solar collection and energy generation.

The specific equipment required for Sunuser installations is selected from extensive stocks and skilled engineering teams are employed to ensure an efficient and speedy installation with minimum disruption to your daily household routine.

Sunuser engineers will fully commission and test the system prior to handover where they will also explain the system to you and provide you with full operating instructions for your Solar Panel system.

After sales service: Sunuser Limited has technical and administrative staff providing full technical support and back up Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm.

We offer a regular five year service for all our solar water heating systems as well as those installed by other companies. With our PV customers we also monitor the performance of our PV installations.

Sunuser customers have the confidence of being with an established and financially sound company with a fully supportive Head Office and staff.
