Site visits and quotes: Following initial enquiry we have an in depth telephone conversation with the customer to detemine what they require and whether there requirements are practical, we then will give a ballpark price to let the customer decide whether they want to go further.
Only after the Customer is happy with this do we arrange to come out and see the Customer to do a site survey and produce a fixed price quotation
