Solar electricity
Chris Rudge has always tinkered with things electrical since poking a screwdriver into a power socket whilst a toddler. He moved on to explore the world of constructing radio and early computer systems (anyone old enough to remember the BBC A and B?) and, having survived this experience, he has been involved in the installation of electrical systems from security and CCTV to fire alarm and safety systems for around 15 years.
In recent years, Chris has been developing his electrical installation company, and for the last few years focussed on renewable power both on and off grid. Fully qualified as an electrical technician, he has also studied at the Centre for Alternative Technology and is an MCS accredited installer for photovoltaic products.
