Good Energy

Gabriel Wondrausch energy experts Solar heat & hot water

Gabriel’s environmentally-conscious upbringing made renewable energy a natural career choice.  He started working for a local solar energy company where it became clear that there was huge lack of competent, trained and qualified installers.  He was unhappy with the way that most solar thermal systems were sold with profit as the overwhelming driving force and a complete disregard for the quality and performance of the solar system.

This spurred him to start SunGift Solar. He gained his Bpec solar thermal certification in 2006 at the Centre for Alternative Technology in Wales. SunGift Solar also achieved the Government-run Clear Skies Programme accreditation the same year.  This was replaced by the BRE-run Microgeneration Certification scheme, and SunGift Solar was one of the first companies in the south west to gain accreditation. It is also approved by the Devon Trading Standards Buy With Confidence Scheme.

Gabriel’s ethos is to design the best possible system to suit the each client’s needs, backed up by the highest standard of work.  There are now over 100 SunGift Solar renewable energy installations throughout the SouthWest owned, by all accounts, by very happy customers.
