John Martin is the founder of QMSA. He has been involved with Benchmark Certification in the development of their MCS certification and gaining UKAS accreditation for it. He also carries out inspections. This alerted him to the lack of understanding and awareness of the requirements of the scheme among businesses. In response he developed informative MCS seminars, which are delivered nationally via QMSA, to provide an insight into the systems and procedures required.
This service now extends to Green Deal and QMSA Ltd have developed solutions for both installers and Green Deal Providers
John also provides advice and consultancy on Quality Management Systems across a range of standards from ISO9001 to certification standards such as EN45011 and ISO17024. Formerly scheme manager and director of Logic Certification John has extensive knowledge of Management systems as well as technical writing. John originally trained as a plumbing and heating engineer, and has been involved in the industry for 28 years.
His wife Jacquie coordinates the seminars and provides additional support to customers via telephone and email as well as managing the other related services offered by QMSA.
