We've installed a great little wood burning stove in our living room. For such a tiny thing it really throws out the heat - in fact sometimes it's nearly too hot to sit in the room! We are looking to replace our existing boiler with a back boiler and are considering solar thermal panels.

We have already implemented a number of the energy efficiency steps such loft installation, double glazing and installing radiator thermostats. And, closing the curtains at dusk really does make a difference!!!
