always helpful in phone calls with information, and with sorting out problems or queries. I have a water source heat pump, which requires specialist knowledge - which they definitely had. I think they would be good with ground source as well though.
What would you have liked to know before you asked suppliers to quote
in this system the hot water and central heating cannot run at the same time - I don't know if this is peculiar to this system or general with heat pumps - but was not informed of this before the installation.
