went the extra mile when a problem occurred at no extra charge and returned on a bank holiday to complete job. very helpful and even offered to cancel job and refund as the problem initially looked insurmountable.  

What would you have liked to know before you asked suppliers to quote

whether the garage electricity supply was back to the main fuse board, rather than a spur off a ring main.
