General review of your supplier

I was happy dealing with Solinvictus right from the start.  The directors have a firm conviction in what they are doing and took the time and trouble to arrange an installation that was appropriate for us.  They are knowledgable and hands-on, being onsite throughout the work.  The workmen were polite, they cleaned up afterwards and I felt able to trust them in any part of the house.  The handover pack and diagrams were very useful and I have been left with a system that I understand the workings of.  Both PV and solar thermal systems were installed and working in less than 3 days.

What would you have liked to know before you asked suppliers to quote

No.  I was happy to go ahead on the basis of what we had discussed.
