General review of your supplier From the very beginning when a Consultant came to our house, to when the Installation Team completed the work, we have been very impressed with EvoEnergy. The level of Customer Care is 5*. Nothing has been too much trouble for them and the Consultant Daniel, has been on hand to ensure all paperwork went through smoothly. The installation Team of Michael (Team Leader and electrical boffin) Lee and Craig ( Roofers) were again faultless in their work and courtesy. On arriving Michael, took care to explain what was going to happen, what electrical work he would be undertaking and where the system and wiring would be going. He explained how long the job would take and answered any and all our questions. On the 2nd day of Installation, a 4th employee arrived, Mark, the Team's Supervisor who came to inspect the procedures, standard of work and ensure that we were satisfied with the process. He left when the work was completed. Michael, then spent about 1 hour with my husband and me, going through the paperwork, taking us through the system, the installation and explaining what we could expect from our Solar system. If all Companies operated with this high level of Customer Care, the world would be a better place......sorry we are only allowed to give a maximum of 5*. P.S. The Scaffolders both on installation and removal were equally efficient, careful and polite.
