General review of your supplier
Lost out on a grant towards costs of installing system due to wrong information given at time of quote for works. No grant money left at the time of quote - was informed that once the system was installed and paid for a grant could be applied for. When we applied we were told you cant apply this way it must be done at the quote stage.
