General review of your supplier

Pure Renewables in my opinion are a honest company, NOT looking for a quick sale but looking to ensure that the customer receives the best value for money product / service.  Pure Renewables were excellent to deal with, from the initial quoting stage with Johnny leading into the sale, then the site survey by Chris and finally the installation by Ahmad & Jo.  Ahmad & Jo traveled 2.5hrs to get to my property in Co Durham. Upon their arrival, they were interested in the job straight away, turning down the initial cup of coffee that so many other trade men insist on. They worked on my roof all day which proved to be extremely difficult, however having never stopped all day, they only came off my roof when they ran out of day light. (7pm - March). Because of this it allowed the lads to stay on target, and finish the installation on day 2. Before Ahmad & Jo left for their home journey, they took time to tidy up and thoroughly go through the system with me. Credit due; where credit is definitely deserved!
