General review of your supplier
We were immediately impressed by Warren the proprietor when he visited as he was more the engineer and less the salesman, presenting realities not ideals. During installation he and his assistant were thorough, considerate, tidy and nothing was too much trouble, even when the installation ran over its planned time.
What would you have liked to know before you asked suppliers to quote
It would be useful to know before calling installers what options are available and their pros and cons. Not all installers can be relied upon to propose what's best for the client. Fortunately for us in this case we were given sound advice by Northburn Solar.
