General review of your supplier

After having had another quote from a solar company that took 4 hours by a typical salesman who gave a price even before the surveyor came, it was lovely to meet Simon Robinson (the owner) who explained everything, surveyed the house and took information away to work out 3 different options.  Simon also was involved with the actual installation and his employees were also excellent workers and very polite.  Simon also explained everything as the work progressed and also helped with the paperwork that is involved.  I also purchased the iBoost that diverts the energy to heat the water, this didn't work initially and Solinvinctus were very happy to return to sort it out, luckily it wasn't anything to do with the iBoost but was the thermostat to the tank. So far the energy generated is more than anticipated which is a bonus.  I would definitely recommend this company. 

What would you have liked to know before you asked suppliers to quote

I was generally interested in how solar panels worked and the cost in relation to the repayments.  I learnt a lot that I didn't know.
