General review of your supplier

The folk at Ecocetera clearly know what they are talking about, and are passionate about it too. I always found them to be professional, straightforward and honest, with no trace whatsoever of any “hard-sell” during any of our pre-sale discussions. They responded promptly and accurately to my queries, and had seemingly endless patience as they spent time exploring all possible options, with nary a grumble as I constantly came up with new or modified ideas. The installation proceeded according to plan, i.e. started when they said they would, finished within the timescales they said, and done to a very high standard of workmanship. I’ve now had my installation for just over a year, with no problems encountered - it’s even generated 6% more electricity than forecast! To top it all off, the price was competitive. All in all I’m very pleased with the service Ecocetera provided and would happily recommend them to anyone.
