I went with Hero after I received a prompt response following an Exhibition Enquiry. Their customer service was very good. All questions answered clearly and promptly. Work done on schedule. Competent and interested contractors, job well done and follow up checks on completion. Hero explained my options to me through written description and demonstration by installer.further instructions by phone.So far it's generating as much electricity as expected.
