What would you have liked to know before you asked suppliers to quote

Simon Robinson answered our many many questions with great patience and clarity. He offered a solution that was more expensive than a competitor but better as it dealt with the issue of a chimney stack putting some of the panels in shadow for part of the day. We had not noticed this but issomething to consider when siting a new installation.
