Good knowledge on product offering, I hadn’t realised that they installed other renewable technologies but would have been happy to have used them for our air source install as well. Easy to contact team and followed up installed with initial support.

What would you have liked to know before you asked suppliers to quote

More information on battery technology. Unfortunately we ordered our Tesla powerwall 1 a matter of weeks before the power wall 2 was launched although this was not the fault of Hero. I think battery storage has a long way to go as an industry wide offering.
